TAKE A WALK 
Loaded carries are a great way to build real world functional strength, and the overhead walk is a great way to do a loaded carry.
.
Start by pressing a kettlebell overhead and see if you can stand still for a 10-count before you add movement. The wrist should be neutral and the shoulder should be packed down tight, your arm straight and locked.
.
Once you progress to walking be aware of your midline stabilization and watch that the shoulder doesn't creep back up or the arm bends.
.
This is a great exercise to do heavy once you know what you're doing and will get you sweating!

A swing starts before you even pick the bell up. It’s important to get set up properly!! .
Let’s breakdown the baseline 👇🏼

A tip I picked from Steve @coms_fitness, if your unsure where to stand to find a good distance and position with your feet. Stand behind your bell. Shuffle your foot out 90•90 each side. .
.
Next..
Open your chest up, this will also help prevent you from rounding your back and pulling out of position.
.
Chop ya hips. Hinge from the hips pushing back while keeping you chest open. We are NOT squatting, you should be looking for soft knees.
.
Reach down for your bell, if you can’t reach it from your baseline position drop your booty a little. Remember your BACK SHOULD STILL BE STRAIGHT not hunched.
.
Pull your bell back into a slight tilt and sit the weight back into your heels. .
Now your ready! Prepare to hike and start swinging .

Day 15- Try a form of squats in any variation and record it. After my 25 minutes on the elliptical I did a full weight workout. Within that workout I did 2 sets 10 reps 30 lbs of kettlebell swings, which I believe counts as squats.... BUT of course I didn't record it since I forgot about the challenge. All of which I realized while relaxing in the sauna. 🤦 So... According to a recent study, the hip hinge kettlebell swing (Russian Hardstyle I teach) produced the greatest amount of hamstring surface electromyography.
