Is tired of QUITTING.
The one who made a New Years resolution 9 months ago to get in shape, eat healthier or workout. But then life happened and she just never quite stuck with it.
The girl who thinks it’s too late and since the holidays are around the corner why not just wait another 3 months and try again? Like January is your magic reset button.
The one who thinks that because she’s quit on herself so many times before, she’s destined to always quit on herself.
I’m right there with you. I started this program 50 days ago and said this was it. It was the time I was dedicating myself to my nutrition, I was changing my life. But instead of changing it I just I let my excuses win over my goals, and my circumstances control my journey.
I’m over writing the same story for myself! While I didn’t quit, I’ve been trying to outwork bad nutrition my entire life and it just doesn’t work that way.
I’ve gotten a lot of messages with reservations about commitment and girl I get it, health is definitely a commitment. But I would much rather commit to my health than any future medical bills. So why not join a tribe that’s committing to themselves too? ✌🏼
