When we toured the Prosecco region with @italyunfiltered , we stopped for dinner at a local pizzaria. We didn't know it when we sat down, but we were about to try the best pizza we'd ever had anywhere.
It began with a crust made from artisan wheat flour. Baked in a wood-fire oven, the thin crust was crispy and chewy in all the right ways. The toppings were fresh and flavorful.
