1) Get continuous rest and wake up early-By ensuring you’ll get your 8 hours sleep,you brain would have completely gotten enough rest to be productive.
2)Visualize and meditate-when you visualize,you picture the life you want to create for yourself ,simply close your eyes sit upright or lay down in a straight position,and just picture what you want and see yourself happily living in the moment like you have it already ,the simple truth is that your brain doesn’t know the difference between an imagination and reality.
Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state. Simple sit upright or lay in a straight position ,close your eyes and focus on your breathing as you breathe in and out in a quite room.
3)Exercise and eat healthy: Doing like 3-5mins short exercises immediately after you wake up is very good for the brain,slight stretches, also make sure you eat breakfast cause it is the first meal of the day and it’s important for your brain and body function,Eat healthy meals,try to make your diet more of Whole Foods and also include veggies in you diet .Exercise Atleast 3 times a week in order to perform better and keep your body fit.
4)plan- sit down and right out the things you have to do or want to accomplish for the day in your journal,by doing so this would make your day more organized and reduce the amount of time waste in a day.
5)Acquire new skills: know your goals dictate what you need to learn, You should never randomly acquire skills. Try instead to learn the skills that will help you achieve your goals, no matter in what area of your life.
6)Read-Reading, no matter the genre sparks creativity and unleashes your imagination.
7)interact with doers-Find people that are doing something incredible with their lives and learn from them.
