ВЕГАНСКИЕ “ОТБИВНЫЕ”

У меня сегодня для вас веганские отбивные с картофелем и мизерией. О, да веганские отбивные - отличная альтернатива воскресному обеду и не только. Я обычно жарю их 15 штук, то есть из удваиваю ингредиенты и перекусываю весь день, нарезаю на бутерброды и, конечно же подаю к классическому обеду. Они обычно сделаны из соевых кусочков, тофу, сейтана, темпеха и белка. Однако на этот раз моя версия другая. Простая, вкусная и очень хрустящая. А ещё они без глютена!😉 ВЕГАНСКИЕ ОТБИВНЫЕ

Что нужно?:
⠀
2 банки готового нута
1 луковица
200 гр панировочных сухарей (у меня безглютеновые)
200 гр муки (у меня безглютеновая на хлеб)
60 мл растительного молока
45 мл соевого соуса
1-2 ч.л. чёрной соли
2-3 ч.л. любой приправы (у меня смесь приправ к мясу)
Масло для жарки и панировочные сухари

Как?:
⠀
Нут бросаю на сито, воду из него оставляю.
В комбайн кладу нут, нарезаный лук, приправы, муку, панировочные сухари, растительное молоко, соевый соус и соль. Измельчаю и формирую шар из теста.
Делю его на 8 кусков. В руках формирую котлеты, выкладываю на противень с бумагой для запекания, посыпанную мукой. Панирую и еще прижимаю так, чтобы они были тонкими, как мясо на свиные отбивные. Я также стараюсь, чтобы у них были неровные формы. Ставлю в морозильную камеру на 80 минут.
Вынимаю. На 1 тарелку выкладываю панировочные сухари, во вторую заливаю воду из банки с нутом. Каждую котлету обваливаю в воде после нута, затем в булке и снова укладываю на бумагу для запекания. Снова в морозилку на 30 минут.
Обжариваю с обеих сторон партиями на разогретом масле и среднем огне.
Мои веганские отбивные я подаю с картофелем и мизерией!) Приятного аппетита!

because this is so incredibly easy and comforting to make, i am annoyed that i haven't tried to make my own sooner. because it's better homemade and tastes like apply magic when it's warm and fresh. 🍏

for a small batch, i used 4 large apples, 1/4 cup organic raw cane sugar, 3/4 cup water, a dash of cinnamon, and a dash of both lemon and lime juice. 🍋

Satisfy your sweet cravings with these epic homemade gingerbread truffles.

Once the fall weather hits, I immediately start craving gingerbread flavors. The spicy ginger, sweet cinnamon and that depth of flavor from molasses is just heaven to me!

If you love gingerbread everything as well, you are going to simply adore these homemade truffles.

Added bonus: they are made with protein powder to help make them a little more filling! The ingredient list is pretty legit (only 7 ingredients) and you likely have them all on hand or they can be easily found at your local grocery store!

Here’s a note on protein powder, if you don’t have any on hand, substitute the protein for 2/3 cup of ground oats (measured after grinding). Here’s what you need:
8 large medjool dates
1 cup pecans
1.5 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp molasses
1 tsp ground ginger
2 servings vanilla vegan protein powder
CHOCOLATE COATING
1/2 cup dairy free dark chocolate chips

Remove the pits from the dates.
Add the dates to the food processor and process on high for 1 minute, until the mixture resembles caramel.
Add the pecans to the date paste and process on high 1-2 minutes, until the mixture resembles sand
Add the molassas, cinnamon, ground ginger and salt to the date and pecan mixture. Process on high 1 minute until well blended. Will form a ball in the food processor. 
Add the protein powder and process on high 30 seconds-1 minute, until a coarse sand like consistency. Scrape down the sides as needed.
Take a small handful from the food processor and press it together in your hand. The mixture should easily form a ball. 
Roll 16 equally sized balls from the mixture, using about 1 tablespoon of mixture to form each energy bite.
Store in the refrigerator or immediately cover in chocolate. 
To melt chocolate: add the chips to a bowl. Microwave 30 seconds, stir and microwave for an additional 30 seconds.
Dip the ginger bread truffle directly in or pour the chocolate over with a spoon.

Just make a usual Ragu with Onion, Celery, Carrots and Tomato Sauce
Once the veggies are cooked give it a blend and add the lentils - previously soaked for min 10 hours - and let cook
Season to taste
In the meantime make a Bechamelle Sauce with Soya Milk, Wholemeal Flour and Vegan Butter. Add Salt and Nutmeg to taste
Fry the diced Eggplants 
Cook your ANELLETTI Al dente- typical Sicilian shape - or any pasta you prefer
Mix pasta + sauce + eggplants + cooked Peas and two teaspoons of Bechamelle. Use the remaining to cover the Pasta once you put it in a Baking tray. Top with Violife Cheese and Breadcrumbs 
Bake half hour to an hour 190 degrees 😊
