Every September the pumpkin stuff comes out and everyone says "it's fall!" But every September it's still 95 degrees out and I refuse to let go of summer things. October is when fall starts for me. For now, I'll keep grilling burgers on the back deck.
Followed The Clever Carrot's recipe for light brioche burger buns - rushed it a bit so they didn't rise a lot but they tasted amazing.
Grass fed beef with salt and pepper. Smashed down on a hot charcoal grill. Spicy Colby Jack cheese. Tomato, lettuce, burger sauce (equal parts organic ketchup, Dijon mustard, avocado oil mayo + dash of hot sauce)
Cut up a russet potato and soak it in water for 30+ minutes. Drain, dry, toss in olive oil and salt. Bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes for homemade fries! - 12 minutes ago
