When I started my fitness journey years ago, I was never consistent in anything. I finally found high fitness 4 years ago and went to classes off and on in between having babies. When I first started as a participant, I had to take so many options. It was frustrating and I never imagined it was possible for me to push myself and get better.
Reminder!! We should only be comparing ourselves to ourselves yesterday! Never ever compare yourself to someone else!
I remember one of my fav instructors yelling at me “good job, London!” when I finally caught on to the high kicks in “Survivor” and it was those small victories that kept me and still keep me going! @tamigfitness ❤️
Gosh, I still have so much to learn and improve on, but I remind myself that it is ok to take OPTIONS! It’s OK to MODIFY! Just keep going!! We are in this together! - 1 day ago
