Yesterday’s beautiful and intimate wedding wrapped up my 2019 season and I am ending with so much gratitude and joy.
To my amazing couples - how in the actual hell did I get you?! Every year I am in awe and blown away with the best of the best beginning with your initial inquiry. You have all put your entire trust in me and I leave your weddings a better version of myself, continually growing with each and every documented moment. Together we have laughed (my entire face hurts for days following), cried, and danced (duh!) through the best damn day of your life and I have loved every moment of every single wedding.
You vowed to your forever partner as I vowed to you. For my future brides I want you to understand what you’ve signed up for 😜 As your photographer I promise to hold your dress while you go to the bathroom, run 2 miles back and forth to the car from the trail we hiked to get the rings left behind (I won’t point fingers 😂), take a swig from a bottle of fireball if a GoPro is attached to it, stay until early hours of the morning dancing with you and your best friends as if they were my own, hug you when I know tears are about to flow because sometimes weddings can be a lot, sit in a sketchy canoe to assure we get the shot to nail the vision, give piggy backs to keep you out of the stream (thanks for holding my gear). I promise to drop it low when lil Jon comes on, and I will hug you like I mean it when I leave. You are my people. Whatever you need on your big day - I gotchu.
So honored to be with you every moment of the way and if you need me to document you as your family grows, I can be there for that too! Thank you all for such a spectacular wedding season. You are the reason I love what I do.
Cheers to 2019 and get ready 2020 brides, cause CBP is comin’ in HAWT!
One more big congrats to Caitlyn & Ben! Shoutout to the amazing vendors from yesterday’s stunning wedding:
