My favourite recipe with raw brokoli is a raw brokolisalad with peppers and appels. Just delicious 🧡😋 You only have to put the brokoli in a mixer to process it in small pieces, mix it with a slieced appel and a slieced red pepper and as a dressing you have to mix a tabelspoon of oil, appelvineger, agave nectar with salt and pepper 🙈 Ready to enjoy 🤗

🥠 Chinese Chives Boxes by @foodpassionical

Dough recipe: (Make 24 boxes) 
400 g flour
210 ml water
1/2 tsp salt 
Add the flour and salt into a big bowl for easy kneading. Pour water little at a time. It’s all depending on the quality of the flour, some may need 210 ml  of water and some may need less than  200 ml to have perfectly knead dough. Knead the dough till it doesn’t stick anymore on hand. (add flour if dough is too soft) Cover and let the dough rest for 15 minutes. 
Fillings recipe: 
350g Chinese Chives, clean & finely chopped 
1 carrot, finely sliced 
100g shiitake mushrooms, chopped 
4 clove garlic, minced 
2 tbsp oil
Sauce ingredients: 
1 tbsp sesame oil 
1 tbsp soy sauce 
1 tsp white pepper 
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tbsp mushrooms stir fry sauce 
Salt for taste

✔Heat up oil in a wok, add in the garlic and sauté till fragrant. Then add the carrots and cook till soft, follow by mushrooms. Add in the sauce ingredients and stir for another 2 minutes. Turn off the heat, lastly add in the chinese chives and mix well. Let it cool completely before use. ✔Take out the dough from the bowl and knead for a few seconds. Divide the dough into 24 pieces (about 40g per piece). Roll each piece into a circle (about 4 1/2 inch in diameter). Place the fillings in the middle and seal it in the same way as to fold a dumpling. Place the fold side down and gently patch it flat. ✔Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a frying pan, place the fold side down and cover it. Cook with medium low heat. Flip the chives box until both side are golden brown. ✔Finally serve hot with chilli oil or your favourite sauce

Ingredients
For the base:
2-3 fresh tomatoes, pureed with a pinch of sea salt⠀
2 Tbsp olive oil, divided⠀
3 tsp fresh herbs, finely chopped⠀
1 shallot, finely chopped⠀
1 garlic clove, finely chopped⠀
1 Asian eggplant⠀
1 long, skinny zucchini⠀
1 long, skinny yellow summer squash⠀
20 cherry tomatoes⠀
1⁄2 orange bell pepper, deseeded⠀
Sea salt and pepper
•Preheat oven to 400°F. Pour tomato puree, 1 Tablespoon of olive oil and half of⠀
the chopped fresh herbs into a baking dish. Stir in the chopped shallot and garlic.⠀
Season with salt and pepper.⠀
•Using a mandolin, or a really sharp knife, thinly and evenly, slice the vegetables. Make the slices thin, about 1/8’ (3mm) thick. The thinner, the better!⠀
•Make mini-stacks of about 20 slices in sequence. Arrange a few stacks at a time into the prepared baking dish in a concentric spiral from the outer edge to the inside, fanning them out a bit so that you can see the top 1/8” of all the slices. “Stand” them up a little, so you can it as many vegetable slices in as possible, but you may still have some leftover veggies. Save the smaller rounds for the center of the dish.⠀
•Drizzle with the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and season with more salt and pepper. Sprinkle the remaining chopped herbs. Cover the dish with a piece of parchment paper cut to it just inside the dish rim, directly on top of the vegetable arrangement.⠀
•Bake for 40 minutes -1 hour (depending on how thick your vegetable slices are), until vegetables are soft, but not limp. Serve this easy, yet impressive dish with pride! Enjoy!

Purple Sweet Potato Tart 🍇🍠
Vegan, Gluten-Free, Paleo 
Ingredients
-1 cup almond flour
-1 1/4 cup Medjool dates
-1 tablespoon coconut oil
-1/4 teaspoon sea salt
-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
-2 tablespoons raw cacao nibs
-3 purple sweet potatoes
-1/4 cup canned coconut milk
-2 tablespoons maple syrup (add more to taste)
-1 teaspoon maca powder (optional)
-Blueberries, for garnish

Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 300°F.
2. Wrap the sweet potatoes in foil and bake in the preheated oven until soft and tender, approximately 90 minutes.
3. While the potatoes are roasting, make the the crust. Place the almond flour, dates, coconut oil, sea salt, and cinnamon in a food processor. Blend until you have a sticky dough. Add the cacao nibs and pulse for a few seconds.
4. Transfer the dough to a tart pan and use your fingers to press the dough onto the bottoms and up the sides of the pan. I used a rectangular 13.75x4.25 inch pan, but you can also use a round 9 inch tart pan. Place in the freezer to set while you prepare the filling.
5. Once the potatoes are cool, remove the skins and place in a food processor. Add the coconut milk, maple syrup, and maca powder, if desired. Blend until thoroughly blended. The mixture should be very smooth and creamy.
6. Pour the filling into the crust and smooth with a spatula. Top with blueberries and freeze for 1 hour to firm up.
7. Before serving, let the tart sit out for 30 minutes to come to room temperature.
