Tészta 
20g törökmogyoró
30g mandulaliszt
30g útifűmaghejliszt 
20g kókuszzsír + 20g kókuszvaj
1/4 kk. vagy jó késhegynyi szódabikarbóna
1/4 kk. vagy jó késhegynyi stevia por
kb. 100g alma (1 kicsi)
1/2 kk. vaníliakivonat
1 csipet só

Krémhez

2 csomag mentes vanília pudingpor 
4-5 dl mandulatej
1-2 ek. pirított szeletelt mandula, és
kb. 50g málna a díszítéshez
sütőnehezék a sütéshez

Elkészítés
A tésztához  megrázogatva pirítsd meg a mogyorót, vágd kockákra és párold meg az almát.
A liszteket, sót, szódabikarbónát mérd egy tálba és keverd össze. Ha a mogyoró megpörkölődött, egy konyharuhával dörzsöld le a barna héját, daráld le és
 keverd a lisztekhez.
A folyékony hozzávalókat: vaníliakivonat, kókuszzsír, kókuszvaj turmixold össze a párolt almával.
Ha már nem nagyon meleg, az almás keveréket add a lisztekhez, és alaposan dolgozd össze. Pihentesd a tésztát 30 percig, hogy összeálljon.
Kend ki kókuszzsírral és lisztezd ki a tortaforma oldalát, az alját pedig béleld ki sütőpapírral. Melegítsd elő a sütőt 160 fokra alul-felül sütéssel.
A tésztát kézzel nyomkodd a tortaformába úgy, hogy kb. egyenletes fedje az alját és legyen egy kis pereme. Fedd le sütőpapírral és tegyél nehezéket, hogy sütés közben itt ne emelkedjen fel. Süsd 160 fokon, alul-felül sütéssel kb. 15-20 percig. 
Míg a tésztánk sütőben addig el készítjük a vanília pudingot.

4 chicken breast halves⠀
1/4 tsp salt⠀
1/4 tsp black pepper⠀
1/4 tsp garlic powder⠀
3 tbsp Land O Lakes® Butter with Canola Oil; divided⠀
6 cloves garlic, minced⠀
¼ cup white cooking wine⠀
1 cup heavy cream⠀
¼ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese⠀
2 handfuls fresh baby spinach, roughly chopped⠀
Pinch red pepper flakes⠀
Squeeze of fresh lemon juice⠀
⠀
Season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder all over. Melt 1 tbsp Land O Lakes® Butter with Canola Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken in the hot pan, for 5 minutes on each side, until cooked through. Once cooked, remove from the pan and set aside. Wipe out pan and return to stove top.⠀
Melt 2 tbsp butter with canola oil in the same skillet. Sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Pour in the wine; allow to reduce to half.⠀
Reduce heat to low-medium heat, add the cream and bring to a gentle simmer, while stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper to taste.⠀
Add the parmesan cheese and allow sauce to gently simmer for a minute or so until the cheese melts and sauce thickens, stir in spinach until wilted.⠀
Add the chicken back into the pan, add a squeeze of lemon juice and red pepper flakes. Serve alone, over hot noodles, or a bed of rice if desired.⠀

1 cup of pumping puree
1 cup of plant milk
3 tablespoons of chia seeds
2 tablespoons of agave syrup (1 to pudding, 2 to coconut milk)
A half can of coconut milk (chilled minimum 24h in a fridge, only solid part)

⏩⏩Instructions

Combine milk, agave syrup and chia seeds. Leave in a fridge for a 2h. After this time stir and leave next 2h. Then add pumpkin puree. Blend a bit with blender, but not to much. Beat a solid part of the coconut milk. Put the pudding into dishes, add the cream and decorate.

AZUKI BEAN PASTA 🍝 with pumpkin, dried  tomatoes & pumpkin seeds 🍅 🎃  this Vegan Pumpkin Pasta is ready in just 15 minutes and uses only 10 ingredients. Perfect vegan comfort food, healthy and absolutely delicious!
All you need is: 
Azuki bean noodles 
1 garlic clove 
1 red chili 
2 tbsp tomato paste 
100g  dried tomatoes in oil 
200g pumpkin 
3 tbsp olive oil 
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds 
Some fresh herbs 
A pinch of salt
Cook the azuki bean noodles for 4 minutes. Cut the pumpkin into small pieces. In a pan roast it with olive oil , garlic and the red pepper at medium heat- after 10 min add the tomato paste, dried tomatoes and pumpkin seeds. Roast it for a few more minutes. Finally add the noodles, herbs and salt - enjoy! .

Deets: air fried plantains (cut up Plantain and spray with avocado oil, season with some chipotle powder, salt, garlic powder, onion power and paprika or just use taco seasoning then air fry for about 10 minutes on 350–flip halfway). Lay the chips in a cast iron skillet, brush with hot sauce (I used @sietefoods chipotle sauce) add some tomatoes and sliced jalapeños (and cheese if you want!) and bake it on 400 for about 7-10 minutes. Remove, top with greens (I used @lef_farms), avocado, fried eggs, cilantro and some crumbled cheese (I used dairy free feta cheese crumbled but any will do!)

these little crispy treats are full of chocolatey flavour, making the perfect morning pick me up, lunch box treat, or after dinner snack. and, they're good for you! date sweetened, and packed with good stuff...there's no reason not to give them a try ! plus, you can get in that plant protein by using @britishquinoa puffed quinoa for a gorgeous crunchh. 
I used @jakesboost nut butter in this batch, giving some creaminess, and pretty yummy flavours. paired with cacao powder, you'll be tempted just to eat the mix...I know I was ;). the recipe is up on my blog now, along with in @jakesboost ebook. sooo, go check it out! link below and in my bio.

Balsamic Chicken and Veggies Meal Prep 🤤😍

Amazing delicious meal prep to get you ready for the week ahead! ❤️
.
Ingredients
(4 servings)
2 sweet potatoes
2 bunches asparagus, ends trimmed
1 ¼ lb chicken breast tender (565 g)
olive oil
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
.
SAUCE
⅓ cup balsamic vinegar (80 mL)
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
5 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon salt
.
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400˚F (200˚C).
Cut sweet potatoes into medium julienne.
Spread sweet potatoes evenly onto parchment paper-lined baking tray.
Season with olive oil, pepper, and salt.
Bake for 20 minutes. Set aside.
Trim asparagus and cut into pieces diagonally.
Spread evenly on the baking tray next to the sweet potatoes. Season with olive oil, pepper, and salt.
Season chicken with pepper and salt. Place on top of the veggies.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165˚F (75˚C).
While chicken is baking, reduce balsamic vinegar, white wine vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, pepper, and salt in a small saucepan for 5-7 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.
Distribute veggies and chicken into four containers.
Pour the sauce reduction onto the chicken.
Can be refrigerated up to 4 days.
