But for real though...I don't want to 😅overdue it. So how do I enjoy the holidays and not consume an extra 🧁🍺🍦🍸🥃🍕10,000 calories???
💆🏻♀️MINDSET. I plan on enjoying whatever my mom puts in front of me. 🍠Sweet potato with marshmallows, 🍪homemade cookies, 🍞BREAD, stuffing, butter. I won't question if it's organic. I'll 👍🏼thank her for cooking everything with 🥰love. AND I'll eat on a 🍽smaller plate.
It's ok to enjoy yourself over the holidays, friends. We are fortunate to have family and friends to break bread with. When you're full, stop eating!
