I don’t train abs all year round!! Find out why? ⬇️
When I’m training abs I train abs around 5 times a week with a mixture of heavy and light exercises.
1. Now winters here and there’s no reason to get my kit of other than for this post I don’t feel the need to train abs.
2. By skipping the ab workouts in training it gives me more time to focus on areas which I think I could work on for example and extra few sets on chest.
In short, throughout the festive period I’m gonna indulge in food and start training abs about a months or 2 before summer.
