Ultimate Sculpt + Cardio 🔥Legs + Shoulders + Chest🔥
Today’s Workout taken from my Garage Fitness Girl Group Coaching Program. This week I’m highlighting what a week of my training looks like inside of my app. We alternate between a strength week (more hypertrophy based 8-12 reps) and a Sculpt week like this workout where we do more volume at lighter loads and use exercises that target smaller muscle groups and require more core engagement. 🏋🏻‍♀️ .

🏋🏻‍♀️Equipment : 1 moderately heavy set of dumbbells. I used 5kg but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.⠀
