One major complaint I hear from people is "not knowing what to eat"
That's a lie.
We all know what we should and shouldn't be eating on a regular basis.
Instead we allow previous experiences such as when we were kids dictate the foods that we now eat as adults.
As we mature so do our taste buds
Yet, many still don't eat vegetables, fruits, certain meats,seafood and even WATER 😓 simply because we didn't like these or eat these as a child
So what do we turn to?
Highly palatable foods:
Yet we wonder why we are always sick & malnourished, low on energy, trouble with digestion, poor sleep habits and far from our ideal body
This isn't to slam the foods above,
