Great day @sfnexpo and so many inspirational individuals and amazing talks and highlight of the day was meeting one of the people I’ve so much for respect for in the fitness and nutrition industry and as a genuinely great guy @bencoomber .
Had lunch of a falafel cous cous mezze and picked up some @awesomesupps vegan protein and daily dose vitamins.

Kids do what they SEE, not always what they are TOLD 🤷🏻‍♀️. This is true for every area of life- physical, emotional, spiritual.... If they SEE me losing my cool and screaming out of anger when things don’t go my way, guess what they will do when frustrated?😡 If I eat junk all day OR am constantly dieting, they will have a hard time seeing food as “fuel” and not a friend/enemy.😦 If I choose veggin out on the sofa or complain about not wanting to exercise, what are the odds that my kids will learn to love fitness?😬 If they never SEE me reading scripture, Praying or living out my faith, will they choose to follow Christ?😨 Being a parent is one of the MOST important jobs. We have a HUGE responsibility to not just bark orders at our kids , but to rather lead by example. 🙌🏼 I fall short in ALL areas, but by God’s Grace I am growing and know that He will MORE than make up for my shortcomings. Thank you, Jesus.❤️.

16:35.. I had to jump to finish all the chin-ups I got 5 solid in every round some times more..rest of you need to the keep going as soon as you can.

Try it again when you're ready and try to beat your time!

There's nothing better then having a little competition with yourself and it's a good way to work through 200 reps!
