I get a lot of fitness questions and probably the most frequent is how do you lose weight or stay in shape and outside of lifting weights and eating right I say get a bike and ride it for 30-60 minutes a day at a relatively high intensity. 🚲Bike riding is one of the most underrated forms of exercise and it's a lot more enjoyable than using typical stationary cardio machines and also tones your muscles better than most other forms of cardio, especially in the quads and calves. The bike doesn't have to be fancy or expensive either. I bought this Haro for 150 dollars and it was worth every penny because now I can have fun doing cardio instead of it fe eling like a chore.
