So I had a fun day yesterday, I caught up with a friend had lunch & a few drinks. Lunch was at my house so I was in control of the menu... but... I had 4 more drinks than planned & went over my cals 😬 
Today I am back on track I got up dropped my son at school for rowing at 5.45am & instead of going back to bed 😴 I went for a walk. 
Plus I am planning on drinking 3 litres instead of 2.5 of water for the next few days. 
Normally I’d be upset with myself but I’m not, just going to get back on track... #equalution #equalutiontribe

Morning snack for week 8! I swapped a fulfil bar for this as the macros are pretty similar and I’ve never tried this flavour! This snack is so simple yet my favourite by far! I’ll probably heat my quest bar up!

BINGE EATING, LETS TALK ABOUT IT! 
This weekend I suffered from a binge. To the point my stomach was so bloated it hurt! Today I didn’t eat well either. I had a first birthday party yesterday and I started my day perfectly, being mindful. Four hours later, I was drinking and eating and eating and eating. I couldn’t stop myself! Today I am so bloated and uncomfortable. My appetite is not there, I’ve eaten a yoghurt bowl, nandos chips and another yoghurt bowl for dinner and that’s it. Although I am embarrassed I could not control my self this is what I am doing moving forward 
1. I haven’t started my plan for week 9 yet so I prepped it all today and am back on track tomorrow 
2. I am not restricting or overdoing exercise. I will resume my normal workout routine as of tomorrow. 
3. I will not weigh myself this week, I have an issue with numbers. I know I’ll weigh heavier but seeing that effects my mental health. For me knowing and seeing are two very different things 
4. I did have a good time with my partner and family.
5. Drink lots of water.
