Saturday for me today was a leg day at the gym 🧘🏼‍♀️🤗🤪 ... I am so happy for turning my workout time in a fun time which used to be the hardest part of the day. However, this is being great. I have been learning how to workout in a better way with Carol @personaltrainer_carol. It has been very challenging and fun times. She makes my body painful all the time kkkkkkk, but the best part of it I already can see the results seing my muscles getting stronger and bigger. This is actually the first time ever I see a change in my body. I love all about it !!!!!

HOLY SHIT!!!!!!!!! 1st Goal: ***ACHIEVED***
2nd Goal: Reach 170lbs
3rd Goal: Tone up once 2nd Goal has been achieved. (Not a FULL 3 months yet mind you. The full 3 months would be October 6th.) After 3 months of working on this journey of losing weight and changing some habits. Working hard almost everyday and NO GYM time at all. I have FINALLY done it!

200 mother fucking pounds!!! LETS FUCKING GO!!! Thank you all that have made suggestions on what foods to eat, recommendations, pushed me, supported me, and have been really helping me reach this goal. This is amazing and means the absolute world to me.

I can’t believe it still and can’t believe I’ve lost 50lbs in a little less or over 3 months!!!! Now we move onto the dream goal of 170lbs and then to start trying to tighten, tone, and work on the physical definition in my abs, arms, chest, and shoulders.

I cannot wait to see if I can actually hit 170lbs by my deadline of the end of November. Who thinks I can? Wish me luck over the next 2 months basically.

But something I have found to help - is prepping my meals ahead of time, choosing different recipes that are tasty but still healthy, and using a portion control system that tells me how much + of what to eat each day 💁🏼‍♀️🙌🏻⁣⁣

Do I eat healthy all the time? Absolutely not. But I believe it’s all about balance. Not restricting, not counting calories, but finding a nutrition plan that works for you + sticking to it 80% of the time⁣⁣

I used to 𝐇𝐀𝐓𝐄 kale, and tbh most days I still do 🤷🏼‍♀️ not a fan of broccoli either... #pickyeatersclub 🥦⁣ ⁣⁣ But this kale salad was freaking DELISH! 👌🏻😍🥗⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 🥬 Kale⁣ ⁣ 🍚 Wild rice⁣⁣ 🍓 Raspberries⁣⁣ 🥜 Walnuts⁣⁣ 🧀 Feta⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I have always struggled with nutrition.
