This has been one hell of a journey and has really been a test mentally and physically. I could not have gotten this far without out the guidance of @damo_dynamicbodylabs and @hayley_dynamicbodylabs . -

#3 Why? Because I’m putting my energy into what really matters-  not being a comp prep ar#@hole because no one cares on here if you are hungry, tired or feel like death. Feels good to be moving some decent weight again after straining my chest serval times in last few months, wasn’t easy to get full confidence back and press at 100%. lesson learned never rush your recovery. few grinders there lol 130 x 6 #ricegains

10hr slow cooked Spicy peri peri pulled beef with rice veggies and chipotle mayo 👊  2.5kg round steak chunks.  1.6kg tinned tomato  7 cloves garlic 2 red onions.  2 red capsicum  1 hot chilli *, 75ml white vinegar.  2.5tblsp smoky paprika  1tblsp cayenne pepper  1 jar of chipotle in adobe sauce.  Fresh bunch of parsley  40g of cornflour to thicken sauce  Salt to taste  Add all to the slow cooker and cook overnight. Pull apart beef in  the morning and add the cornflour to thicken.
