I haven't been posting much lately due to the overwhelming amount of work needed to be done this month.
- New client 30 Dat Challenge.
- Setting up for the online launch of Fit Bomb WOD. - Gathering testimonials from the trial run
- making video tutorials and writing out the weekly emails for both programs - personal training at @cherrybombgaragegym
Not to mention all "mom" stuff.
It's a lot! It's also where I thrive.
Everything is figureoutable. Everything is doable if you put in the time and do the WORK. .
That's where businesses fail, diets fail, fitness fails, you fail... when you stop doing the work, and damned if Ill be outworked. .
I'm not smarter than anyone. I wasn't handed a business or the cash to build the building I'm in. No, it was a huge risk to take the equity out of our home and build a gym in an industry that clearly shows gyms going out of business daily. I had no idea how to run or grow a business. No schooling, no backers, just shear WILL with a hint of naivety. (or just stupidity)
Maybe it wasn't smart because it sure as hell isnt easy. But guess what? Anything worth doing is going to be hard. And anything worth doing is worth doing wrong, over and over again because that's where the true growth happens. That's where the learning happens, in the mistakes.
Don't let fear stop you from trying.
Be the hardest working one in the room because that's how shit gets done. .
