we humans love to stick
sometimes it is just
simplicity that you need
to start your day.
like a good coffee
or reading the newspaper.
one of mine is definitely yoga.
but there are also days
where life is all about
my yoga practice this morning
ended after only 5 minutes
and 25 mosquito bites later
i was sitting inside and asked google about diseases.
(i know, the words disease and internet aren’t a good fit at all)🤦🏼♀️
it took me two hours to focus on something else again,
because anyway i could not do anything about it,
the past is the past.
actually i’m pretty good in being present and using my tools to not get played by my mind too much,
but it was challenging.
