Was good fun today getting to throwdown with the boys @gregg_gilmour and @johnbarry_jamieson I think we should do this and make it Fitness Fridays! 
This got gripppaay, but was a good one to do! Managed to complete the kb swings on the round of 16

After some needed time off I’m back baby! And in true “me” fashion why not restart on the hardest day/time? 😂 I didn’t die, but I certainly felt my hiatus in my rapid heartbeat and lagging starts. No regrets though. It felt good to get back in there with @garenroberts and @andrew.mariani. The #dbsnatches at 17.5 lbs were def challenging even though that’s my regular weight. I did enjoy the #mbslams and #mbrussiantwists as well as the #kbgobletsquats at 14kg, #bandedrdlhingerow and #itbicepcurls. This girl killed the workout I put her through today. 
I mean, come on. Never mess with a girl who does burpees for fun; or should I say girls. 
Laura has been busting her ass with me and it shows! Those 💪💣💥 are growing all the time. She hit her goal for bigger arms to handle her bike better. Motorcycle that is. 
Here's what we did today. Plus a bunch of bonus burn out stuff after. 
4 Rounds for time:

6 DB snatches
6 CF Burpees
*6 push ups (even rounds)

7 DB snatches 
5 CF burpees *5 push ups (even rounds)

8 DB snatches 
4 CF burpees *4 push ups (even rounds) 
All above is 1 round. 4 rounds total. 
Push ups are done in place of burpees on EVEN rounds (2&4)
