Let’s talk consistency🗓🔒
How many of us have been told in the gym that consistency is they key?🔑 That if you “just show up” even when you’re tired, stressed, working long hours... you can still improve? Not every workout is going to feel great. You aren’t always going to perform your best. You won’t hit a PR every time. But by being consistent, you are still working on your fitness goals by walking through the door.
The exact same concept goes for your nutrition. 🔑 🥦🍗Your nutrition won’t be perfect every day - the same reasons you could skip the gym are even more abundant when it comes to nutrition - work, friends, parties, family, kids, emotional eating... there will always be obstacles that can keep us from hitting our macros perfectly every day. But consistently putting forth the effort to do your best, learn, be kind to yourself, and focus only on what you can control, you WILL make progress!
Small changes add up and consistency will make you progress faster than perfection 📈
