We, my dear, are sometimes living in the clouds - in our minds - instead of on earth - in our bodies.
Sometimes that’s a good thing. And sometimes it’s important to come down.
Cause we chose to be human, and there’s a lot of fuckin work to do on this earth.
Focus on the 3 base chakras:
- the root ❤️(feet to genitals)
- the sacral 🧡(tummy)
- the solar plexus 💛(abdomen where the rib cage meets)
We gotta bring that energy down, to get moving in the world.
There’s only so much an idea can do - execution is equally as important.
And sometimes we aren’t getting into motion because it subconsciously doesn’t feel safe.
As you repeat these affirmations, you may notice childhood memories coming up, to be processed and cleared.
Stored trauma and pain can lead us to getting lost in our minds, because we perceive the world as unsafe.
If we’ve experienced physical trauma, our bodies (and the act of feeling) can seem unsafe.
It can literally feel unsafe to be in your body - in the world.
When you do the clearing work, you might be processing lifetimes worth of junk that’s been clogging your energy up.
This work is for the brave.
And you wouldn’t be reading this if you weren’t ready.
