I know than an AIP breakfast can be hard to create. No eggs, no sausage (unless it’s really clean), no cereal no nut milks but this is a simple and easy idea of things that you might have on hand to toss together on a plate. I roasted up some white sweet potato, sautéed up some broccolini @fedandfit style with a little squeeze of lemon and sliced up some avocado with a splash of balsamic on top. You could add some @uswellnessmeats AIP approved bacon on the side for a little bit of protein. Starting next Monday I am taking over the @autoimmunepaleo instagram account and sharing some of my new favorite recipes and some ideas to help you make the journey on AIP a little smoother. I have been thought the entire process of AIP and it is a lot of hard work but totally worth it.
