💪🏼 FULL ARM WORKOUT 💪🏼 Let’s be honest, if you want bigger and stronger arms you need to train them directly.
Some will say that you don’t and that with all other major lifts they’ll get enough stimuli.
Sure, you’ll get enough m, but not if you want to add inches on them more efficiently and faster.
However, train smart not more. Strategize when you’ll train them throughout your week so you aren’t doing them before a big push or pull workout. 👇🏼 For this specific workout:
Keep your rest interval shorter: 60 seconds or less. This will ensure a heck 🔥 of a pump.
Stretch between those sets. That stretch between sets can help that muscle growth and more importantly prevent and range of motion problems as you grow your arms.
Finally...3-4 sets of each exercise is enough. Try to perform this workout in less than an hour.
