Today I woke up “on the wrong side of the bed” and my day didn’t really go how I had “planned” it.
I missed 9am boxing class (took the opportunity for extra Ben snuggles🥰), slowly got around to breakfast and tidying up, cleaned out the garage with Ben & Greg, chatted a little with Faith & her friend Tierney, and finally decided to lay by the pool with a book.
I fell asleep for a few minutes and when I woke up, I decided that a workout would probably make me feel better. So that’s what I did. And I do feel better! No weight, no equipment... just a plan & a timer.
I’m sharing so that anyone having a crappy day, struggling to know what they can do or where to begin can simply just start! (with or without the timer and I’m sharing the plan😉).
I did five rounds for time - it took me 11:53. (I realized that I messed up and only did 10 squats instead of 15, so I added the extra 25 at the end 🙃. Also I did 10 lunges each leg so 20 total each round).
