WHY I’M VEGAN 🌱
when i tell someone that i’m vegan, the first word that usually pops out of their mouth is WHY? & tbqh i don’t always have a super ready answer for that because there are SO MANY reasons why. lemme list ‘em out:
-
1. animal agriculture is the leading cause of climate change. 51% of worldwide greenhouse gas emissions (YEAH THATS RIGHT 😱) come straight from that industry. even IF the entire freakin’ world switched over to 100% renewable energy, we still would exceed our carbon limit by 2030 & the 🌎 goes to 🔥🔥🔥
2. the methane produced by yes, COW FARTS 🐄💨 is 25-100 times more destructive than CO2. 
3. farm animals have the same right to live as sentient beings in good conditions on this planet ✨ just like our dogs & cats & gerbils & lizards & goldfish & whatever else you have runnin’ around your house! if we don’t eat our house pets, why do we eat pigs & chickens & cows??? 🧐
4. fish in the ocean have just as much right to life as all other animals too 🎣 most people just see fish as more dumb than other animals, but tbh that’s bullsh*t!! fish are just as intelligent & feel just as much pain 🐠 🐟
5. i feel absolutely AMAZING. eating a whole food, plant based diet is the single best thing you can do for your longevity, health, stamina, fitness, immune system, heart health, YOU NAME IT 💪🏻

ABS ABS ABS🔥🔥 Who’s ready to start their week off with a quick and effective ab circuit🙋‍♀️ If you’re neglecting abs like I do, DON’T !!! I know they completely suck but it is sooo important to work them. Some of the benefits of a strong core are: better posture, decrease in lower back pain, and it helps with lifting heavier💪🏼 You can throw this circuit in at the end of one of your workouts or just do it at home ! Complete each exercise for 30 seconds with no rest in between. Take a minute rest before starting the circuit again and perform 3-4 times. LET’S BUILD OUR CORE👏
1.  In & out Abs
- Starting with both legs then one out & one in
2. Pulse leg raises
3. Push-up moving hands complex - Starting with hands close in the middle then moving them out in front then back to the middle and then out to the sides and repeat 
4. Bear hold shoulder taps (I forgot to make its own slide so it’s in the 3rd video lol)
5. Oblique toe taps

Godaften allesammen sikke en fantastisk dag. Min studiekammerat blev rigtig glad for gaven. Så fik vi snakket om kommunikation former og fik fri før tid, så bliver man ekstra glad på en mandag. 
Fik så lejligheden til at besøg min mormor og morfar og fortæl lidt om kommunikationsformer  mellem borgerende, og fik noget lækkert aftensmad: •kartofler •blandet salat med @irmadanmark nye veganske chili stykker •remoulade •chili Mayo •ketchup. Rigtig god aften allesammen. .

Godmorgen allesammen, sikke en blæsende morgen.🍂😬 man kan godt mærke vi er i efterårsmåned nu🤭 Så det er bare med at være klædt godt på nu. Lige angående med påklæder har jeg altid haft shorts på indtil temperaturen viser 1 cifre grader.😅😲 så ville nogle nok kalde mig skør og viking hehe, men jeg nyder det. Når nok om min påklædning😅 fik i dag den helt stor morgenmad, da jeg skal nå en masse i dag både på skolen og når jeg kommer hjem. Guys I struggle with food BAD!  And I know it is one of my biggest obstacles when it comes to my health journey. But it is SO MUCH easier to stick to my nutrition plan when I plan ahead and prep for the week. So here’s what’s on the menu👇🏼

Hallöchen Ihr Lieben 💜 bisschen spät heute aber ich habe den Tag heute Mal als Faultier mit meinen schätzen auf dem Sofa genossen ☺️

Aber ich dachte ich erzähle euch mal was der Sport und die Ernährung bei mir im Leben alles verändert haben und bin gespannt wie es euch ergangen ist ☺️

Ich trainier seit 3/4 Jahren und ernähre mich auch dementsprechend ( Low Carb) ich hätte mehr schaffen können aber hatte 1 Jahr Pause und das dann auch leider mit der Ernährung 😔 aber Kopf Hoch wir sind keine Maschienen ^^ zumal wog ich zum Anfang 120 killo 😳🙈 durch Sport und Ernährung schaffte ich es abzunehmen 😁💪🏻 ich fand mein Spaß am Training wieder . Meine Gesundheit verbesserte sich so wie auch meine Außdauer. Damals hatte ich immer Rückenschmerzen , die habe ich heute nicht mehr mein Rücken ist Stabiler . ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
Ich fühle mich einfach rund um besser bin zu friedender mit mir und habe gelernt meinen Körper zu lieben auch wenn es mal nicht so läuft wie man es gerne möchte. ☺️

Natürlich hänge ich den Sport nicht an den Nagel, dafür liebe ich ihn zu sehr, dennoch wurde mir die letzten Wochen so einiges bewusst 🙏. Zu sehr habe ich mich durch den vorgelebten Lifestyle indoktrinieren lassen: - esse mindestens 2 Gramm Eiweiß sonst verlierst du deine Muskeln
- Exzessives Ausdauertraining ist kontraproduktiv
- mindestens 500 Gramm Gemüse soll man essen
- man soll nur ein Kaloriendefizit von 300 kcal pro Tag haben

usw.

So sehr ich diese Tipps schätze, so sehr beeinflussen diese den Alltag. Und genau damit ist jetzt Schluss ✌️.
Ich habe meine Kalorientrackingapp deinstalliert und bin seit Tagen #intuitiv unterwegs. Zeit wird es, denn ich möchte mich nicht in einer Essstörung wiederfinden.
Ich möchte essen auf was ich Lust habe und nicht nach Mikros/Makros. Wie oft habe ich sinnlos gegessen, weil mir noch Eiweiß gefehlt hat?
Mehr als unnötig 🙄.
Deshalb mach ich Schluß damit und fange an zu leben: - kein Essen tracken
- wieder auf meinen Körper hören
- Sport machen wie gehabt mit exzessiven Ausdauereinheiten, einfach weil es mir Spaß macht 😜

Sollte ich zunehmen oder abnehmen, so ist das einfach so.
Spaß und ungezwungen zu sein bedeutet mir einfach mehr ❤️ Bussi, Nadine
