Went to mine and my nans favourite little cafè they have loads of vegan options! And the service is always lovely!

Today I got the vegan sausage and carmalised onion sandwich (it comes with mustard but I asked for it without) was such a lovely sandwhich will deffo be getting it again.

They also always have an amazing selection of vegan cakes and goodies! I got the unicorn cake but forgot to take a picture 🤦‍♀️.

As it stands I’m 8 lbs away from 100, yes, ONE HUNDRED POUNDS LOST!! Let’s see if I can hit that before my Husband and overseer of Nutrition @dandaviescoaching whisks me off to NYC for our 10 years in January 🥰 
One massive thing I’ve learnt this year is to not get hung up on the weekly check in / weigh ins - yes I do them but focusing on the bigger picture and the monthly weigh ins so much more positive for me. I weigh in on a normal working day which has absolutely stopped the Saturday weigh in and all day eat as much as you can because you’ve had a good/bad weigh in, but my mental attitude has helped stopped that too.

Super easy to make.
👌 Here's what's in it..
3 orange bell peppers, 2 green bell peppers, 1 yellow bell pepper and 20 jalapenos. Cut and roast peppers. 
5 blocks of cream cheese room temp, 2lbs bacon cooked and cut, 2 cups shredded organic Colby cheese. Bake after combined with cheese and more peppers on top. Dip with anything and everything! I used cucumbers and celery to scoop mine out. .
