I could write a book with all the reasons she could've stopped, and why she didn't.
Instead, 3 stone down ⏬
Clothes became baggy 👚
Was it clean sailing?
It's a false impression to think anything is clean sailing.
There were many times she could have said:
"I'm not doing this anymore"
"I'm not motivated"
"Works getting in the way"
"I don't have time"
And so on
Yet this lady (friend) showed up every single week.
Sometimes in a good place
Sometimes not so much
Lack of sleep
But still got stuff done
managed to prioritize her nutrition 80% of the time...
❌We had no meal plan
❌We didn't ban foods
✅And she still ate what she fancied
I remember on occasions it would be a shared family bucket at KFC...
I'm not a fan 🤭 too spicy for me.
Over the course of a good two or so years
This lady managed to learn how to push my buttons and get away with it 🤣
Swear and curse and get away with it
(Smiling thinking about it ha)
Yeah, pretty bad ass.
But most importantly
She lost the weight she started out with the intention to lose
And then some.
Inches melted off her
She had to buy new clothes because her old ones were too baggy.
The green t shirt below shows just how much progress she had made.
She's been working on getting herself fighting fit
(Life happens you know)
Sometimes things out of control
But she's already making moves to push things forward once again..
Which is why I know this: .
✅You do have the time telling yourself you don't is a disservice to yourself.
✅You do have motivation, we all do. But it will go, what you need is discipline.
If Emma Bradbury can do this with the amount of shot that has gone on
I know you can too.
Now go out and make a difference!
Why not take things a step further.
And book a call right here to have a chat?
