Let’s talk for a minute about self care. There’s no such thing as not having enough time to take care of your well being, if your cup isn’t full how do you expect to help others?? Just like my workouts and nutrition are part of my daily life, I also have to take time to make sure my body is working at its best. That means doctor appointments, seeing my chiropractor, and yes massages.
