💧I don’t know about you guys, but during the winter months I struggle to drink water versus the warmer months!
But, that’s not a reason to slack on your water intake!
There are so many benefits to drinking water. Many studies say 8 (8oz) glasses a day is optimal. I usually aim for at least 128oz (1 gallon) during the winter months and increase that to almost double in the summer!🙆🏻♀️

💧Drinking water helps maintain balance of bodily fluids & help your organs perform at optimal levels including your skin! Who wouldn’t want more radiant, clear skin?!
💧Water can help control calories! Opt for water over calorie dense/sugary drinks. Also, drinking 8-12oz of water before a meal can help prevent you from overeating. Sometimes thirst is mistaken for hunger!
💧Water hydrates muscles and helps prevent muscle fatigue!
💧Water helps your kidneys properly flush out toxins! It can also help lower your risk for kidney stones.
To help you with your water intake, make sure you’re always having at least a full glass of water during your meal. Also, keeping a refillable bottle with you makes it super convenient to continually get refills throughout the day!
Drink up! The benefits outweigh the endless trips to the restroom!😂
