School is so weird.
They make you memorize all this information in crazy detail. Details that you’ll probably NEVER need to know after you graduate.
You can’t collaborate on a test.
You can’t open up a textbook.
You can’t scroll VIN.
You just have to KNOW.
Is it any wonder, then, that we graduate feeling the immense pressure to know *everything*? Is it any wonder that so many people are so hesitant to ask for help?
This makes the transition from student to vet even harder. Not only is the learning curve steep, but we have to reframe how we even see the PROCESS of learning.
