𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟭𝟰𝘁𝗵 - 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟰𝘁𝗵

Lil' progress update here 😊
2 months a part and I can happily say that the biggest, and most important, change is my mentality.
No crazy diet plan. No drastic switch in workouts.
Just fine tuning what I already do, Incorporating more mindfulness in my current fitness routine.
𝘞𝘩𝘪𝘤𝘩 - 𝘪𝘯 𝘮𝘺 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 - 𝘪𝘴 𝘮𝘰𝘴𝘵 𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘵💡
Take, for example, performing a bicep curl:
If you pick up a low weight, start using momentum to whip it around without fully grasping the motion of feeling of it, you won’t really get anywhere, right? You won't feel any engagement.
But, the moment you pick up the correct weight, you start bracing your core, stabilizing a strong foundation and really start feeling your biceps working - the feeling and endorphines of balanced and engaged performance come in and there’s nothing like it!
That's how I feel our mentality should be:
𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘧𝘶𝘭, 𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘥 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘣𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘥 ⚖️
This should be the foundation in every workout routine.
It’s like the quote : “You can go to the gym take your vitamins drink your water, but if you don’t deal with the shit going on in your heart & head you’re still going to be unhealthy”
Your foundation is everything and very much a priority.
