𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:⁣
Challah bread, sliced ⁣
5 eggs ⁣
1/4 cup @traderjoes French vanilla coffee creamer ⁣
1 tsp butter for the pan @kerrygold⁣
Sliced strawberries ⁣
Sliced banana⁣
1/2 tsp powdered sugar ⁣
1 tbs @nutella ⁣
Maple syrup from @stonewallkitchen ⁣
⁣
𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐬⁣
1. Whisk eggs and creamer ⁣
2. Heat nonstick pan on medium and add butter ⁣
3. Soak your sliced challah in the mixture of eggs and creamer (bread that’s a few days old works better at soaking up the mixture)⁣
4. Add soaked challah to your pan and cook for 3-5 minutes per side depending on thickness ⁣
5. Top with strawberries, banana, @nutella, maple syrup and powered sugar & (enjoy as much as @lex_luth8r )🀀⁣ Cook time: 15 min | Servings: 4

1 Bag Cauliflower Rice - @traderjoes 
Sliced Raw Almonds - @traderjoes⁣
1 tsp Turmeric - @traderjoes⁣
1 tsp Himalayan Sea Salt
1 tsp fresh black pepper - @eatalyflatiron 
Olive oil spray - @ traderjoes
⁣
𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐬: Preheat oven to 425 for all three recipes. Mix all of the ingredients together in bowl (besides almonds). I use olive oil spray so it gets evenly distributed and I don't use too much. Spread out on sheet tray. ⁣
Top with almonds. (If they're on top of the rice they won't burn). Cook for 30 minutes. ⁣

Ingredients for fish:⁣
1 whole Branzino from @mortonwilliamssupermarkets ⁣
1 whole lemon sliced ⁣
1 tsp butter ⁣

Ingredients for herb salt (this makes 4 cups, so you can refrigerate it for months and use it in a lot of different recipes):⁣
1 cup fresh parsley⁣
1 cup fresh rosemary⁣
1 cup fresh thyme⁣
1 cup coarse sea salt⁣

Directions:⁣
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Clean herbs and dry well⁣
2. Put all herb ingredients in food processor and blend ⁣
3. Season branzino (inside & out) with herb salt mixture.⁣
4. Stuff branzino with lemons ⁣
5. Heat butter in cast iron pan from @lodgecastiron and sear branzino on both sides for 2-3 minutes (to get a crispy skin)⁣

3. Bake in greased 8x8 pan or a cake pan (that’s all I had) and cook for 30 minutes ⁣

Ingredients:⁣⁣
For pasta:⁣⁣
1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour⁣⁣
2 eggs⁣⁣
1/2 tsp salt⁣⁣

For filling:⁣⁣
1 pound fresh whole-milk Ricotta⁣⁣
1/2 cup freshly grated Pecorino Romano⁣⁣
1/2 cup minced Italian parsley⁣⁣
1 large egg⁣⁣
Œ teaspoon salt⁣⁣
For sauce:⁣⁣
4 tablespoons unsalted butter⁣⁣
halved lengthwise ⁣⁣
1 tbs salt⁣⁣
2 tablespoons poppy seeds⁣⁣
œ cup coarsely grated Ricotta Salata (salted, dry Ricotta)⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Directions:⁣⁣
For pasta:⁣⁣
1. mix flour & salt on counter and make well for eggs. Kneed dough for 10 minutes adding water if needed. Kneed until dough is smooth. Roll into a ball and wrap in saran wrap. Let sit for 30 minutes. ⁣⁣
2. meanwhile combine all filling ingredients with a fork⁣⁣
3. use rolling pin to roll dough out paper thin. Brush one sheet with a bit of water and spoon on teaspoons of filling about 1 inch apart. Lay the second sheet on top and press gently to seal the edges and to squeeze out any air pockets between the mounds of filling. Spread raviolis on lightly floured baking sheet and cover with clean dry cloth for up to 24 hours (unless you freeze it). ⁣⁣
4. make sauce by melting butter in a skillet and cook until it's nutty & brown. Sprinkle in poppy seeds and cook for a few seconds. ⁣⁣
5. boil water add 2 tbs of salt and cook raviolis for 3 minutes. Coat raviolis in sauce and top with grated ricotta salata and lemon zest! ravioli a mano⁣ 🀲🏻 ⁣ Ingredients:⁣⁣ For pasta:⁣⁣ 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour⁣⁣ 2 eggs⁣⁣ 1/2 tsp salt⁣⁣ 2 tbs water⁣⁣ For filling:⁣⁣ 1 pound fresh whole-milk Ricotta⁣⁣ 1/2 cup freshly grated Pecorino Romano⁣⁣ 1/2 cup minced Italian parsley⁣⁣ 1 large egg⁣⁣ ÂŒ teaspoon salt⁣⁣ For sauce:⁣⁣ 4 tablespoons unsalted butter⁣⁣ halved lengthwise ⁣⁣ 1 tbs salt⁣⁣ 2 tablespoons poppy seeds⁣⁣ Âœ cup coarsely grated Ricotta Salata (salted, dry Ricotta)⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Directions:⁣⁣ For pasta:⁣⁣ 1. mix flour & salt on counter and make well for eggs. Kneed dough for 10 minutes adding water if needed. Kneed until dough is smooth. Roll into a ball and wrap in saran wrap. Let sit for 30 minutes. ⁣⁣ 2. meanwhile combine all filling ingredients with a fork⁣⁣ 3. use rolling pin to roll dough out paper thin. Brush one sheet with a bit of water and spoon on teaspoons of filling about 1 inch apart. Lay the second sheet on top and press gently to seal the edges and to squeeze out any air pockets between the mounds of filling. Ingredients:
Argentinian frozen shrimp from @traderjoes 
1 crushed cloves of garlic 
1/2 tsp smoked paprika from @mccormickspice 
2 sprigs fresh thyme 
1 tbs olive oil 
S&P
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper 
Parsley for garnish 
Directions:
1. Thaw shrimp in the fridge overnight or put in a bowl of cold water for 15 minutes 
2. Dry shrimp well, in a bowl combine shrimp, paprika, thyme, olive oil & crushed red pepper, S&P and mix till shrimp are coated 
3. Heat cast iron pan and cook shrimp 3 minutes per side. When 1 minute away from being done add in crushed garlic and mix with cooked shrimp and serve! Enjoy!

reverse seared beef tenderloin AKA filet mignon⁣

Ingredients: ⁣
2-3 lbs trimmed beef tenderloin ⁣
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper⁣
4 tablespoons unsalted butter⁣
4 sprigs thyme⁣
1 shallot sliced⁣
⁣
Directions:⁣
1. take meat out of packaging, pat dry with paper towels and season generously with salt & pepper. place meet on a tray and put in the fridge uncovered overnight. This will allow skin to dry out to ensure a crispy outside texture and help the seasoning penetrate the meat ⁣
2. preheat oven to 300 degrees⁣
3. cook meat for 45-55 minutes for medium rare ⁣
4. get a cast iron pan very hot, begin searing meat 3 minutes per side. When on the last side add butter, thyme & shallots to the pan and baste over meat while it finishes cooking ⁣
5. take meat off heat and let rest for 7 minutes before slicing. Spoon sauce from pan over and ENJOY!⁣

Ingredients: ⁣
1 sweet potato (I account for a half a sweet potato per person⁣)
1 tbs olive oil ⁣
Sprinkle smoked sea salt ⁣
⁣
Directions:⁣
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees ⁣
2. Scrub, wash & dry sweet potato and cut in half to cook faster ⁣
3. Coat with olive oil and place skin side down on sheet pan⁣
4. Cook for 30 minutes until a fork can easily pierce skin and go through potato ⁣
5. After cooked through, turn oven up to 500 degrees, flip potatoes around and add a drizzle of oil. Cook for another 5 minutes until flesh of potato caramelizes. Top with smoked sea salt and Enjoy! ⁣

Greek Chicken with Tomatoes Spinach & Feta... I think this is the best dish I've ever made & posted on @bottomless__pitt ⁣🀀

Ingredients:⁣
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts⁣ @perduechicken 
1/8 cup red wine vinegar⁣
3 cloves garlic minced⁣
1/4 cup @traderjoes olive oil⁣
1 tsp dried @mccormickspice rosemary⁣
1 tsp dried marjoram ⁣
1 tsp dried oregano ⁣
1 lemon (zest & juice)⁣
1 container feta cheese ⁣
1 package of spinach ⁣
1 package @campariofficial tomatoes (they have a higher sugar content so they caramelize better than your average tomato)⁣
⁣
Directions:⁣
1. Combine red wine vinegar, garlic, olive oil, rosemary, marjoram, oregano, lemon zest, lemon juice. Pour over chicken & let marinate for 1 hour⁣
2. Heat 1 tbs oil in pain on medium and add spinach. Put lid on for 5 minutes. Spinach will be cooked down when you take off the lid. Remove from pan and put on a plate, clean out any excess water from pan⁣
3. Heat 1 tbs oil in a pan on medium heat, add whole (washed & dried) tomatoes, allow them to cook for 15 minutes, flipping around. Eventually the tomatoes will burst into a delicious sauce (see pics 3-4)⁣
3. Add spinach back in and heat. Add garlic and allow to cook for 2-3 minutes. Right before serving shut off the heat and add feta. Some crumbles will melt, others will stay whole⁣
4. Heat cast iron pan and cook chicken for 5 minutes per side depending on the thickness of the chicken. Let chicken rest, slice & top with spinach, feta & tomato mixture. Enjoy!!!⁣

Red Lentil Shrimp & Pasta with Pesto⁣

Ingredients for Pesto:⁣
1 cup basil (i didn’t have enough from my window garden so I combined with some mixed greens)⁣
1/4 cup olive oil⁣
1 big clove garlic⁣
1/8 cup parmesan cheese ⁣
1/8 cup pine nuts⁣

Ingredients for Shrimp:⁣
1 bag @traderjoes frozen peeled deveined uncooked shrimp⁣
1/4 shallot minced⁣
1 clove garlic minced ⁣
1 tbs olive oil ⁣
S&P⁣

Directions:⁣
1. Cook pasta according to directions ⁣
In @hamiltonbeach blender combine all pesto ingredients except oil. Slowly drizzle in oil through top opening until pesto is creamy (or a little chunky depending on your preference)⁣
2. Season shrimp & heat oil⁣
3. Add shrimp & shallots to pan ⁣
4. Flip shrimp after 2-3 minutes and add garlic & cook for another 2 minutes⁣
5. Mix pasta with pesto & top with shrimp! Enjoy!

1 springform cake pan (8 inches)⁣⁣
A cast iron pan⁣⁣ ⁣⁣
Instructions:⁣⁣
1. Pulse onions in food processor and take out of food processor to squeeze out extra onion liquid with a paper towel⁣⁣
2. Add onions back in to processor, along with garlic, spices, salt & pepper ⁣⁣
3. Add ground beef in and pulse till smooth.⁣⁣
4. Spray your springform pan with some @pamcookingsprayofficial and put meat mixture in so it is tightly packed. Cover with tin foil and poke some holes in top⁣⁣ with a fork
5. Set instant pot to high pressure cook for 15 minutes and let steam naturally release. ⁣⁣
6. Let the meat sit when its out of instant pot for 15 minutes. Slice thin and brown on cast iron pan to get that nice crust!⁣⁣

1. Add tahini, water, olive oil, cumin, salt, garlic & lemon juice to food processor. Pulse till smooth⁣⁣
Add in chickpeas and blend in food processor for 4 minutes (scrape down sides about 2 minutes in). Add more water if its too dry! Enjoy with veggies or pita chips. ⁣⁣

Pulse onions in food processor and take out of food processor to squeeze out extra onion liquid with a paper towel⁣⁣ 2. Add onions back in to processor, along with garlic, spices, salt & pepper ⁣⁣ 3. Add ground beef in and pulse till smooth.⁣⁣ 4. Spray your springform pan with some @pamcookingsprayofficial and put meat mixture in so it is tightly packed. Cover with tin foil and poke some holes in top⁣⁣ with a fork 5. Set instant pot to high pressure cook for 15 minutes and let steam naturally release. ⁣⁣ 6. Let the meat sit when its out of instant pot for 15 minutes. Slice thin and brown on cast iron pan to get that nice crust!⁣⁣ 7. ⁣Ingredients:⁣
1 bunch asparagus with woody stems broken off ⁣
1-2 tbs olive oil ⁣
1 tsp garlic powder ⁣
1 tsp salt ⁣
1 tsp pepper ⁣
⁣ ⁣(you can add parm cheese to either of these, but they don’t even need it!)

Directions: ⁣
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees ⁣
2. Wash and dry your asparagus very well - this will ensure a crispy texture ⁣
3. Combine asparagus, seasoning and oil in a bowl and evenly coat veggies ⁣
4. Lay on baking sheet with a rack on top (mine is @kitchenaidusa see 3rd pic) this makes for the crispiest veggies & cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway in between ⁣

1 head of broccoli cut into florets⁣
1-2 tbs olive oil ⁣
1 tsp garlic powder ⁣
1 tsp salt ⁣
1 tsp pepper ⁣
⁣
Directions: ⁣
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees ⁣
3. Wash and dry your broccoli very well - this will ensure a crispy texture ⁣
4. Combine broccoli, seasoning and oil in a bowl and evenly coat veggies ⁣
5. Lay on baking sheet with a rack on top (see 5th pic) this makes for the crispiest veggies & cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway in between & enjoy!⁣
