​It's been a month since @ChefPaulMoran and Chef Hidekazu Tojo of @Tojos_Restaurant teamed up to bring Tofino a simply sumptuous sushi feast. Tojo is chef and owner of Tojo’s Restaurant, based in Vancouver, B.C., and he is internationally recognized for the way he turns food into an art form. He's also credited as the creator of the California Roll. It was a glorious night of cuisine, and we thank Chef Hidekazu for collaborating with us on yet another successful #TofinoEats Chef Series.

Damn, we missed the first week of National Seafood Month by one day. Week one focused on sustainable seafood. Dungeness crab are a sustainable seafood option on the Pacific coast, and they might just be the tastiest thing in the sea, especially when cooked by our very own #TopChefCanada winner @ChefPaulMoran. Did you know oysters boost dopamine levels? They are also low in calories, low in fat and a good source of protein. Eat more oysters. We got 'em.
